¡Buenos días hermosuras! En esta oportunidad vengo a participar en el concurso de esta comunidad a la cual he sido invitada, es la primera vez que hago un post con mi participación en esta bonita comunidad, así que estoy un poco entusiasmada.

¿Qué comida nunca has comido pero te gustaría probar?
Oh bueno ¿Por qué solo una? Realmente hay muchísimas cosas que quisiera probar, lamentablemente o no he podido, o no me he animado.
1. Sushi.
Muchas personas dicen que es una delicia, que es de lo mejor y de sus comidas favoritas. Debo confesar que aunque me ha dado curiosidad no la he probado, porque vamos ¿Pescado crudo? Aunque es un poco hipócrita y contradictorio de mi parte porque si he probado el ceviche.
Está comida en particular siempre me ha generado curiosidad al igual que toda la comida asiática, por un lado quiero probarla, pero por el otro no (perdón) pero espero en algún momento animarme y hacerlo.

Oh well, why only one? There really are so many things I would like to try, but unfortunately I haven't been able to, or I haven't had the courage.
1. Sushi.
Many people say that it is a delicacy, that it is one of the best and one of their favorite foods. I must confess that although I have been curious I have not tried it, because come on, raw fish? Although it is a bit hypocritical and contradictory on my part because I have tried ceviche.
This food in particular has always made me curious as all Asian food, on the one hand I want to try it, but on the other hand I don't (sorry) but I hope at some point I'll get the courage to do it.
2. Kathi roll.
La India es un país que se caracteriza por sus platillos, las recetas picantes y las especies que utilizan. Desde que me interesa en la parte gastronómica de otros países este es uno de los que me ha llamado más la atención, por la gran cantidad de especies que utilizan en su cocina, me da curiosidad cuál será el sabor de estos platillos.
El Kati roll en especial llamo mi atención dado que es una especie de pan plano, relleno de verduras, cordero o pollo acompañado de salsas, definitivamente suena tentador ¿O no?
La verdad es que no solo este platillo me llamo la atención, todo lo referente a la parte gastronómica de este país dan ganas de probarlo, así que espero poder hacerlo algún día.
2. Kathi roll.
India is a country characterized by its dishes, spicy recipes and the spices they use. Since I am interested in the gastronomic part of other countries, this is one of the ones that has caught my attention, because of the large amount of spices used in their cuisine, I am curious about the taste of these dishes.
The Kati roll especially caught my attention since it is a kind of flat bread, stuffed with vegetables, lamb or chicken accompanied by sauces, it definitely sounds tempting, doesn't it?
The truth is that not only this dish caught my attention, everything related to the gastronomic part of this country makes me want to try it, so I hope to do it someday.
3. Comida Árabe.
Voy a confesar que aunque en mi país hay muchísimos restaurants de este tipo, nunca he ido a uno, siempre voy por lo típico (pizzas o hamburguesas) pero desde un tiempo he querido probar alguna receta de este tipo, tales como el cuscús, falafel y el hummus, aunque no soy muy fanatica de los garbanzos, está comida ha llamado mi atención por completo.
Tienen tantos platillos variados que por supuesto tengo ganas de comerlos todos, me encanta la diversidad que tienen no solo en los platos típicos sino también en sus postres.
3. Arabian food.
I will confess that although in my country there are many restaurants of this type, I have never been to one, I always go for the typical (pizzas or burgers) but for some time I have wanted to try some recipe of this type, such as couscous, falafel and hummus, although I am not a fan of chickpeas, this food has caught my attention completely.
They have so many varied dishes that of course I want to eat them all, I love the diversity they have not only in the typical dishes but also in their desserts.
4. Comida griega:
Voy a decir sinceramente que lo que más me llama la atención de esta cultura es su comida, muchos platillos son tan coloridos que porsupuesto generan curiosidad, hay muchas ensaladas como la horiatiki, también tienen una gran diversidad de salsas (las cuales ahora quiero preparar).
Los platos principales son ASOMBROSOS, así que ¿Cómo no voy a desear probar estas delicias? ¡Es imposible!
4. Greek food:
I will honestly say that what strikes me most about this culture is their food, many dishes are so colorful that of course they generate curiosity, there are many salads like horiatiki, they also have a great diversity of sauces (which I now want to prepare).
The main dishes are AMAZING, so how could I not want to try these delicacies? It's impossible!
