¿Cuál es la casa de tus sueños o la habitación favorita? ¿Qué cosas contiene? ¡Fotos, collages y dibujos son bienvenidos!

My hivers! Fortunately, when my husband and I got married we had both graduated from college, so we had enough income to buy the property that would serve as our home.

That's how 30 years ago we bought the property we still live in.
Since we live in Caracas, the capital of Venezuela, and we are very busy professionals, we decided to buy an apartment since it is much more practical.

My apartment is my dream home, where our daughters were born and grew up, the oldest of them already became independent and the youngest still lives in our home.

My floor is a reflection of my vibration. It is my temple and as such, I strive to honor it. In receiving love daily, it sustains me energetically and gives me a safe space like no other.

When I return from a long and sometimes tedious day, I feel liberated as soon as I cross the threshold of my door and I feel sheltered. It is my safe place, I feel it embraces me when I am afraid and it gives me support when I need it. It vibrates at the level of my vibes. It absorbs my negative energies and shines when I am shining. That's why I call my apartment "My Temple".

Through these photographs I show you part of my home that I dreamed of and fortunately it is a reality. 😄

Mis hivers! Afortunadamente al contraer matrimonio mi esposo y yo habíamos egresado de nuestras carreras universitarias, por lo que contábamos con ingresos suficientes para comprar el inmueble que serviría de asiento a nuestro hogar.

Así fue como hace 30 años compramos nuestro inmueble en el que aun vivimos.
Como residimos en Caracas, capital de Venezuela y somos profesionales muy ocupados decidimos comprar un piso ya que es mucho más practico.

Mi piso es mi hogar soñado, en el nacieron y crecieron nuestras hijas, la mayor de ellas ya se independizo y la menor aun vive en nuestro hogar.

Mi piso es un reflejo de mi vibración. Es mi templo y como tal, me empeño en honrarlo. En el recibo amor a diario, me sostiene energéticamente y me da un espacio seguro como ningún otro.

Cuando regreso de un día largo y a veces tedioso me siento liberada apenas cruzo el umbral de mi puerta y me siento cobijada es mi lugar seguro, siento que me abraza cundo tengo miedo y mi da soporte cuando lo necesito. Vibra al nivel de mis vibras. Absorbe mis energías negativas y brilla cuando estoy brillando. Es por eso que llamo a mi piso “Mi Templo”.

A través de estas fotografías les muestro parte de mi hogar con el que soñé y afortunadamente es una realidad. 😄

What encouraged me most to buy the property where my dream home sits, was this worn-out stone on the wall, which you see in the photograph. Its circular shape reminded me of mandalas and considering that I have always felt that the place where my home sits is a sacred space (it is my temple) I immediately loved the design.

In addition, it is located in the corridor at the entrance to the floor, the natural color of the stone is a pastel orange that reflects energy, dynamism, ambition, tenderness and courage.

What is Mandala? Mandala is a word of Sanskrit origin and means 'circle'; it represents the unity, harmony and infinity of the universe through the balance of the visual elements.

Lo que más me animó para comprar el inmueble donde tiene asiento mi hogar soñado, fue este gastado en piedra en la pared, que ven en la fotografía. Su forma circular me recordó a los mándalas y considerando que siempre he sentido que el lugar donde tiene asiento mi hogar es un espacio sagrado (es mi templo) de inmediato ame el diseño.

Además, está ubicado en el pasillo de la entrada al piso, el color natural de la piedra es un naranja pastel que refleja energía, dinamismo, ambición, ternura y valor.

¿Qué es Mándala? Mándala es una palabra de origen sánscrito y significa 'círculo'; representa la unidad, la armonía y la infinitud del universo mediante el equilibrio de los elementos visuales.

In the following picture I show you the corner of my dream home that I love the most, we call it "Mom's Corner". On this wall are hung all the crafts made for me by my two daughters. As a gift for Mother's Day, my birthday or Christmas.

God, they grew up fast! Their crafts are hanging right in front of the kitchen table, and in the mornings over coffee I fall into a kind of ecstasy, remembering how my two babies used to look forward to giving me their crafts. It is the most beautiful place in my apartment, it is full of an energy of naivety, tenderness and above all of love. The "Mommy's Corner" anchors me to life.

En la siguiente fotografía les muestro el rincón de mi hogar soñado más amado por mí, lo llamamos el “Rincón de Mamá”. En esta pared están colgadas todas las manualidades hechas para mí por mis dos hijas. Como regalo del día de las madres, mi cumpleaños o navidad.

Dios si crecieron rápido! Sus manualidades están colgadas justo al frente a la mesa de la cocina, en las mañanas tomando un café caigo en una especie de éxtasis, al recordar cómo les hacía ilusión a mis dos bebas entregarme sus manualidades. Es el lugar más bello de mi piso, está lleno de una energía de ingenuidad, ternura y sobre todo de amor. Me ancla a la vida el “Rincón de Mamá.”
