Thank you, but, in fact, I can say the same about you, my little elf friend. Always sharing a piece of you with others. ā¤ One of the reasons you deserve the best!

No, no.... this is just about YOU !

ha ha....

I feel like an elf. Today the thought crossed my mind that since it's "covid" maybe I should decorate for Christmas now. I'm kidding, I won't do it, I mean, that would be bizarre even for this Christmas nut ! ... but I still thought about it. Can you imagine having to keep all that stuff dusted for months ??!!

Occasionally..... LOL dusting up a cloud...... coughcough*

Oh My ! A dragon ! I don't do Halloween now. The last two neighborhoods I lived in, there weren't but 1 or 2 trick or treaters... here none, but that's ok, cause I don't care much for opening my door to masked people..... of course now.... covid.... mask.... eh.....

I use to do it big though. We did a haunted yard for several years that people could walk through.... it was grand and SO much fun !

Those were the days.

My community is gated, so everyone that is in there belongs there, you know, for the most part. Also, we all drag our BBQs out front and grill hot dogs and cookies and juice. We have a block party of sorts. Nobody uses their cars, just walk around. Oh, yes. Wine is involved.

If I lived where there were no kids, I wouldn't go through the effort either. It is a lot of fun! I am pretty sure we aren't doing anything this year, especially trick or treating. But, I will still decorate a little. :)

One year when my niece Miranda was young, she wanted to come to my house and help give out candy because we had SO many goblins coming for candy or pencils or whatever we were giving out that year. I happily agreed. When she got there before we started, she had brought some fat chalk and the first thing she wanted to do was way down my porch in a funny "fallen" position and have me outline her in chalk like they did at crime scenes so the kids would have to walk over it to get to the door. So of course that's what I did !!

Hahaha!!! We did that on the street!!!! Actually, one of the CIA guys did it. Talk about hilarious. Did you have any kids that hesitated??

We did. I am going to miss it this year. I really am. Don't you miss going to work at all? I mean, telecommuting is fun, but, the interaction? Online is fun, but, not the same. Although, it is fun, don't get me wrong. And when I get old and granny-like, I will still be online. LOL

Kidding. Trust me, I thought long and hard about it, but because I have this giant three-headed dragon for Halloween, I just couldn't! I bought him at the end of the season last year for 1/2 price, so I needed to see if he was okay. How awkward would it be to bring it back a year later because it wouldn't blow up?

Well!!! He was taller than my two-story foyer! LOL It was like trying to squeeze thirty people in a mini cooper. Anyway, the kids in the neighborhood love my Halloween decorations and take pictures with them.

My giant pumpkin died after 15 years last year. RIP Punkin!
