Hola apreciadas ladies, ¿cómo están? Espero se encuentren bien, un saludo y un abrazo caluroso. En esta oportunidad me uno al concurso número 28 de esta comunidad. Realmente con preguntas muy asertivas e importantes para este momento que estamos pasando.

Debo acotar que soy madre de 4 hermosos niños, mi princesa mayor de 7 años, mi príncipe bello de 3, y mis muñecas las gemelas fantásticas de 1 año, así que siempre estoy en la constante búsqueda de diferentes estrategias para poder sobrellevar el día a día y para que ellos no se fatiguen de una rutina cualquiera.

I must point out that I am a mother of 4 beautiful children, my eldest princess of 7 years old, my beautiful prince of 3, and my dolls the fantastic twins of 1 year old, so I am always in constant search of different strategies to cope with the day to day and for them not to get tired of any routine.

1) En estos tiempos de restricción de movimientos para tanta gente, ¿cómo te aseguras de salir a apreciar la naturaleza?

Para mí, como fiel creyente de DIOS la naturaleza es una de sus obras más perfectas que no deja de impactarme con cada uno de los seres que las habita, ser humano y ser vivo, es el reflejo fiel de una perfecta labor creada para ser admirada, pero sobretodo cuidada con el amor que merece, es por ello, que trato que mis hijos la admiren, por supuesto cada uno desde la comprensión que amerita su edad.

1) In these times of restricted movement for so many people, how do you make sure you get out to appreciate nature?

For me, as a faithful believer of GOD, nature is one of his most perfect works that never ceases to impress me with each of the beings that inhabit it, human being and living being, it is the faithful reflection of a perfect work created to be admired, but above all cared for with the love it deserves, that is why I try to make my children admire it, of course each one from the understanding that their age deserves.

La vista del amanecer y del atardecer desde mi casa es muy bonita, les voy a describir un poco la urbanización donde vivo: a eso de las 4:30 de las mañana se oye el cantar de los gallo de una manera intensa, no porque viva en el llano sino porque cerca de mi casa vive un señor que cría gallos de pelea, y actualmente debe tener como 30 de esos gallo, un día al estar calentando el carro para salir por la calle pasaron como 3 caballo, entre ellos una yegua y su potro pequeño detrás de ella, luego me entero que en la parte de atrás de donde vivo hay un señor que colea, (un deporte de vaqueros similar al rodeo), como a 10 casas de la mía hay un corral con aproximadamente 10 vacas y muchas de estas con sus becerros, que cuando la sacan a pastorear se ven en fila por toda la calle, en mi caso particular no me quedo atrás, puesto que en el patio trasero de mi casa hay 3 cabras y una cabrita pequeña, esto porque mi esposo las cría y a su vez nos aprovechamos de su leche para consumirla, venderla y hacer sus derivados, por estas razones uno de los valores que les inculco a mis hijos es ese amor hacia la naturaleza, reflejado en el amor hacia los animales.

Hace 2 semanas atrás nos encontramos en la calle, debajo de un árbol inmenso un periquito súper pequeño, de hecho no tenía plumas, sentí que ni podía, ni debía dejarlo allí, por eso me lo traje a mi casa y aquí está con nosotros, enseñándoles a mis hijos que se debe respetar cada ser vivo.

Siempre me encuentro en mi patio con pajaritos caídos de sus nidos, con diversos pájaros cantando sobre mi árbol de mango como loros, guacamayas, guacharacas, entre otros. Es así como aprendí a apreciar la naturaleza desde casa con mis hijos y a su vez les inculco el valor de amarla y valorarla como realmente se lo merece.

I always find in my backyard birds fallen from their nests, with different birds singing on my mango tree such as parrots, macaws, guacharacas, among others. This is how I learned to appreciate nature at home with my children and at the same time I instill in them the value of loving and valuing it as it truly deserves.

2) ¿Cuáles son tus formas favoritas de ser creativo?

Bueno, digamos que el ser profesora me ha traído ventajas en cuanto a la creatividad, sin embargo debo reconocer que la situación que estamos viviendo a raíz de la pandemia me ha llevado a ser aún más creativa, no solamente por mis hijos, sino que he tenido que inventar y adaptar estrategias incluso para mí misma, debido que para proteger la salud de mis hijos he tratado de no salir en absoluto y esto no es bueno, somos seres sociales y el encierro por llamarlo de alguna manera me está afectando de manera tal, que a veces necesito darme mi propio tiempo a solas conmigo misma, puesto que yo tenía mi rutina de trabajo, cosa que ya no lo hago por la situación antes mencionada; para los niños me he puesto creativa con sus mascotas, trato de que ellos le hagan comida, que lo alimenten, entre otras cosas, para las actividades de juegos, me acuesto con ellos en el piso, al igual que su papá y empezamos a jugar que pasaban debajo de un puente cuando realmente pasan debajo de las piernas de nosotros, o armamos torres con varios objetos tratando de que no se caiga, salimos al patio para jugar con las cabras, para regar las matas, y a veces para jugar con tierra, nos bañamos todos en una piscina plástica que tenemos en casa y la estrategia tecnológica como el internet la utilizo para bailar, aprendernos colores, letras y sonidos con canciones infantiles, respetando a su vez los tiempo que si son de rutina como cada una de las comidas, meriendas y siestas; para mí como adulta, he aprendido a respirar, tomo como estrategia la relajación cuando los niños toman su siesta, invento recetas de comidas al cocinar, y hace un poco más de un mes, encontré una estrategia tecnológica muy buena, que me desconecta de mi estrés que es la familia #HIVE.

2)What are your favorite ways to be creative?

Well, let's say that being a teacher has brought me advantages in terms of creativity, however I must admit that the situation we are living in due to the pandemic has led me to be even more creative, not only for my children, but I have had to invent and adapt strategies even for myself, because to protect the health of my children I have tried not to go out at all and this is not good, we are social beings and the confinement is affecting me in such a way that sometimes I need to give me my own time alone with myself, since I had my work routine, which I no longer do because of the situation mentioned above; for the children I have become creative with their pets, I try to get them to make food for them, to feed them, among other things, for play activities, I lie down with them on the floor, just like their dad and we start to play that they pass under a bridge when they really pass under our legs, or we build towers with various objects trying to keep them from falling, we go out to the yard to play with the goats, to water the bushes, and sometimes to play with dirt, we all bathe in a plastic pool that we have at home and the technological strategy such as the internet I use to dance, learn colors, letters and sounds with children's songs, while respecting the times that are routine as each of the meals, snacks and naps; For me as an adult, I have learned to breathe, I take relaxation as a strategy when the children take their naps, I invent recipes for meals when cooking, and a little over a month ago, I found a very good technological strategy that disconnects me from my stress, which is the #HIVE family.
