Llegando esta época hermosa del año y con ella todos los corazones se preparan para recibir amor y esparcir felicidad, Así es! En navidades nadie se niega al amor ni a la felicidad, por eso me encanta esta época del año. Todos reciben con los brazos abiertos la magia de las Navidades. Y como es costumbre la cita sin falta semanal es en @Ladiesofhive y por supuesto es para comenzar a cargar esas pilas de la hechizante Navidad.
En este Contest #59 la invitación es a contarnos acerca de ese objeto preciado para ti en las navidades así como tu costumbre favorita, esa que guardas cada año y esperas con ansias estas fechas para celebrarla. Te invito Cordialmente a esparcir tu amor a través de la blockchain, todos disfrutamos leyendo esas hermosas historias de Navidad, las cuales aunque no son nuestras, las vivimos, nos imaginamos, nos reímos y deseamos que la magia de Diciembre te las devuelva con Todo el Amor y la Felicidad que te brindan y te mereces.
Entonces, no los hago esperar más, por acá mi entrada de esta semana:
1.- Las fiestas tienen que ver con la tradición. ¿Cuál es su tradición navideña familiar más preciada? Cuéntanos sobre él, cómo surgió y por qué es especial para ti.
Mi tradición más preciada es la acostumbrada cena navideña, todos a la mesa, ya listos, vestidos y contentos; eso sí! Todos deben estar a la mesa. Hasta que el último integrante de la familia no está listo y bello, no cenamos jajaja..Siempre empieza uno que otro, tengo hambre! Y todos un momento! Falta este o aquel..jajaja..Regularmente es mi papá que quiere comer de primero, entonces comienza a apurarnos y anda detrás De nosotros, y nos dice:
¡ Eso estas bonita así! siéntate a comer..jajaja!
Todo lo que cenamos lo hacemos en casa; la mesa es variada, entre gastronomía Venezolana (hallacas), pan de Jamón, paneton y turdiles (a lo Italiano) y Colombiano, porque siempre mi papa está con su tema de que él se adapta, pero que le agreguen papa y arroz a todo jajaja.. Mis hermanas y yo hacemos la acostumbrada Hallaca, a veces una de mis hermanas está muy ocupada entonces hace trampa y las compra jajaja…Aunque ya desde hace 3 años solo tengo una hermana acá en Venezuela porque los demás emigraron, casi todos a Colombia con sus respectivas familias (hijo, pareja y nietos).
Mi madre se encarga del pan de Jamón, es la mejor haciendo panes y dulces. Y desde el año pasado uno de mis hijos la ayuda con eso, le ha gustado la pastelería y se enfoca mucho en ello. Sus dulces son exquisitos.
Otra de mis costumbres es hacer el pesebre o nacimiento del niño Jesús, esa si es personal. Aunque a mis padres les agrada ver el nacimiento encendido en la noche; la costumbre de hacerlo es mía.
Otra Tradición que no puede faltar, mayormente los 31 de Diciembre es escuchar los himnos de ambas nacionalidades y cantarlos todos en familia, se nos eriza la piel y nos abrazos felices.. Te explico! Mi madre es italiana y mi padre es colombiano, entonces acá en Venezuela es costumbre luego de las 12:00 pm cuando nos damos el Feliz año escuchar el Himno Nacional de Venezuela, por lo tanto nosotros por solidaridad y arraigo familiar, colocamos con alto volumen, el himno de Italia y el de Colombia, mis padres lo cantan con tanto sentimiento que regularmente terminamos llorando de emoción; a ellos les recuerda su infancia y su pueblo natal!.
2.- Tantos adornos brillantes (y tal vez algunos no tan brillantes). Muéstranos tu adorno navideño más preciado y cuéntanos la historia detrás de él.
Cuando pensé en brillo y navidad de inmediato pensé en las imágenes de mi pesebre, siempre nos preocupamos porque la camita donde reposa el niño Jesús tenga mucho brillo y sea cómoda..jajaja
Y como esa es mi tradición, entonces ese momento lo vivo con mis hijos, ellos siempre están allí para hacer preguntas acerca de la religión, porque se celebra y todas esas inquietantes que sienten al ver las tradiciones. Vamos tomando fotos del paso a paso y casualmente siempre ocurre algo mágico en ese instante. Aparece alguna casita adicional, alguna ovejita del pesebre se ve diferente, Inclusive en una oportunidad uno de los reyes magos tenía esparcida muchísima escarcha.
Aunque siempre mi papá le quiere buscar una explicación a todo, lo atraemos a la magia de la navidad y le decimos papa- Abuelo! Usted como que es el duende travieso que nos hace la jugada de la sorpresa en el pesebre cada año. Jajaja.
- Es hermoso ver ese pequeño lugarcito decorado por la familia, con las luces que dan un acogedor espacio al hogar y nos recuerdan que los milagros existen y es importante mantener las tradiciones para grandes y pequeños.

I cordially invite you to spread your love through the blockchain, we all enjoy reading those beautiful Christmas stories, which although they are not ours, we live them, we imagine you, we laugh and we hope that the magic of December returns them to you with all the Love and Happiness they give you and you deserve.
• So, I don't make you wait any longer, here is my post this week:
1.- The festivities have to do with tradition. What is your most treasured family Christmas tradition? Tell us about it, how it came about and why it is special to you.
My most precious tradition is the customary Christmas dinner, everyone at the table, ready, dressed and happy; Yes indeed! Everyone should be at the table. Until the last member of the family is ready and beautiful, we do not have dinner hahaha ..One or the other always starts, I'm hungry! And everyone a moment! This or that one is missing..hahaha .. It's usually my dad who wants to eat first, then he starts to hurry us and walks behind us, and tells us:
That you look pretty like this! sit down to eat..hahaha!
Everything we eat for dinner we do at home; The table is varied, between Venezuelan gastronomy (Hallacas), Ham bread, paneton and turdiles (Italian style) and Colombian, because my father is always with his theme that he adapts, but that they add potato and rice to everything hahaha .. My sisters and I do the usual Hallaca, sometimes one of my sisters is very busy so she cheats and buys them hahaha… Although for 3 years I have only had one sister here in Venezuela because the others emigrated, almost all of them to Colombia with their respective families (son, partner and grandchildren).
My mother takes care of the ham bread, she is the best making bread and sweets. And since last year one of my children helps her with that, she has liked pastry and she focuses a lot on it. Their sweets are exquisite.
Another of my customs is to make the manger or birth of the baby Jesus, that is personal. Although my parents like to see the birth lit at night; the habit of doing it is mine.
Another Tradition that cannot be absent, mostly on December 31st is listening to the hymns of both nationalities and singing them all as a family, our skin bristles and we hug each other happily. I explain! My mother is Italian and my father is Colombian, so here in Venezuela it is customary after 12:00 pm when we celebrate Happy New Year to listen to the National Anthem of Venezuela, therefore we, out of solidarity and family roots, place with high volume , the anthem of Italy and that of Colombia, my parents sing it with so much feeling that we regularly end up crying with emotion; It reminds them of their childhood and their hometown !.
2.- So many shiny ornaments (and maybe some not so shiny). Show us your most precious Christmas ornament and tell us the story behind it.****
When I thought of glitter and Christmas I immediately thought of the images of my manger, we always worry that the bed where the baby Jesus rests has a lot of brightness and is comfortable..hahaha
And since that is my tradition, then I live that moment with my children, they are always there to ask questions about religion, why it is celebrated and all those disturbing things that they feel seeing the traditions. We are taking photos of the step by step and something magical always happens at that moment. An additional house appears, a little sheep from the manger looks different, even once one of the wise men had a lot of frost scattered.
Although my dad always wants to find an explanation for everything, we attract him to the magic of Christmas and call him dad- Grandpa! You kind of are the mischievous elf who makes us the surprise move in the manger every year.Hahaha.
• It is beautiful to see that little place decorated by the family, with the lights that give a cozy space to the home and remind us that miracles exist and it is important to maintain traditions for young and old.
