Yum what a delicious post!
I love Spaghetti Squash, green beans and fresh veggies in general.
I've never had fried green tomatoes. Not a thing over here. Anywhere that I know of, but I tell you what, the movie is still one of my all time favourites and as much as I don't like re-watching movies, that is one that I have watched about half a dozen times now....What a true classic. Oh Idgy...

It will be on the dinner menu as fried semi-green-fried-tomatoes on Sunday, I kind of doubt my kids will try them so I'll have second side of garden veggies like more beans. They already don't like the squash, Lol! More for me.

Have you thought about making actual spaghetti out of the squash and then putting a pasta sauce in it? They would ever know the difference! 😀
