My entry for the FIRST Ladies of Hive Contest!

Of the choices for the contest I choose......drumroll......more drumroll..... If you would get 100 dollars now, what would be the first thing you would do with that amount?
Thinking, Thinking, Thinking! Wow, I just leaned over to grab my steaming hot mug of black coffee and there happened to be a One Hundered dollar bill just sitting there! I have not a clue how it got there and am going to assume it was a magical fairy who left me some money as a karmic bonus for doing so much work , I mean super fun stuff on the Hive Blockchain.
As I get hyped on the caffeine and feel it course through my body and perk me up on a rather gloomy and grey day, many thoughts about what to do with this moolah come to mind. Should I go get a ton of Kylie Jenner lipgloss? (NO) Should I buy myself some fancy new Crocs? (No) Should I literally raid the Ben and Jerry section of the grocery store and take all the good flavors and leave nothing for anyone else. (No)
Should I buy some penny stocks or some coins or am I rather tired of that? Should I go adopt a Great Dane puppy? Perhaps a case of wine would be a wise idea given my penchant for it before I do podcasts (supposedly)? After long deliberation I decided to do what I've been doing with some extra hundos lately anyhow................. BUY MORE HIVE!!!!
I'm now in a funky yoga pose and meditating to give thanks to the Universe for showering me with a hundred dollar surprise that's fictional yet functional. The person I'm inviting into LOH as per the rules state is @whatsup. I think I covered all the bases here and hope that my magical money fantasy given to me by either a fairy princess or a unicorn made you giggle even for a little.

And now I'm honestly excited to write one of my own for this contest, as at this point, I do not have a clue what I would immediately spend it on.

No point buying the lip gloss cause you'd lick it all off you lips after eating the Ben N Jerry's...mmmm Ben n Jerry's...mmmmm
Anyway, would you also really want to eat icecream after drinking a case of wine...well okay, maybe not the whole case....but then would you want to drink wine after eating the icecream....hmmmm conundrum there perhaps, or perhaps not as you have also thrown a puppy and some stocks into the mix too...
So stocks n things, I can't comment on, but I can say that instead of spending that entire $100 on buying a puppy (plus the rest...) you could always adopt a furbaby...
But in the end, I think that you did the best thing- bought more Hive which will then earn you more hive and THEN you can go and get all of those things on your wishlist when the hive has increased tenfold!

So is this $100 USD? Cause if that's it the case, then that about $170-ish AUD!
$100 USD I would presume rather than $100 CAD, choices I'd make if this strange notion of varying fiat currency values add a layer or two of decision making confusion, but the end choice in Canadian market place also has its issues as it is not as diverse a market place for a first world country as most shoppers may think. I better put my comment into a post than dragging this out in a comment 🤔🤗

Great choice after much deliberation. Hive's a keeper and probably won't be high maintenance, lol. Appreciate you sharing your choice in this first contest. It was fun. I opted for the money too to spread some much needed cheer.
