The 'domino' effects of habit!

Habit creates a chain, a circle, or a domino; whatever you call it. And it happens on both sides, good and bad. If you have a good habit you will end up adopting more good habits. And if you have some bad then it will increase more bad habits in you gradually. I guess we all know this basic. But when it comes to making the domino effect, we mostly ignore that.

Making the domino effects is not that taught actually. Because you know, it works like dominos so we just have to push a little bit to start the positive things in life. One major change in life like waking early in the morning can make your day better or staring working out. It makes a chain reaction which leads us to catch good things in life.

Moreover, we have to be cautious about our bad habits because of these domino effects. Because you know, smoking can lead you to end up with drugs. Just like that any of our bad habits can make us adopt more negative habits. It's like, waking up late, going office late, stressing out to manage the day, coming back home tired, and then again starting the day late. So, breaking the chain is necessary.

Identifying the 'keystone' of our habits can make everything better. Find out what 'core' habit; good or bad you have which leads you to catch good/bad habits more. And then work on them to change it or improve it; what's necessary. Like, if your food intake is causing the problem then focus on taking more healthy food and exercising.

These things are not that taught. Just we need our positive intention to make the push. Once you do that, it will change your life for the better. I hope this gonna help!
