Creating meaningful moments!

If you ask people what was their most memorable moments, they will often go back to their past. Some even struggle to come up with something. You will notice, even you do not usually talk about a recent moment. I also sometimes struggle to recall a recent meaningful memory.

This doesn't mean we don't cultivate good memories but we often forget to make it meaningful. That's why our brain can't connect with it at the right moment. Anyone can be perfectly happy, spend a good life in the present but they often ignore making meaningful memories. It's something like not paying attention to 'present moments'.

Let's see how we can make meaningful memories?

The key to making meaningful memories lays in our intentions. We have to make intentional efforts to make it meaningful. Otherwise, it will feel like we are passing by the time and memories and are not acquiring anything in our bucket.

You can spend a good family vacation but may miss the 'charm' of the memory. You will fail to recall many of the moments if you don't make it meaningful. Try to give the effort to make it special. Like arrange a surprise party, talk something special, celebrate something during that time. These small efforts will make it meaningful and thus will make our life meaningful as well.

However, we don't have to go for a vacation or arrange something special to make a moment meaningful and memorable. Our intention is enough to do that. Add some more attention, love, and care in daily life. Like making a coffee for your partner and serve it. These small efforts can make meaningful memories. And it's very necessary to cultivate a meaningful life.
