@revisesociology, That is a nice one there. Personally my own inner strength comes in 2 ways: when i am delegated to do something even when i don't know how to do it. Again i experience an inner strength when i'm going through tough times and there is no help coming from anyone, i automatically develop an inner strength and come out victorious.
