Thank you for sharing such a lovely sounding recipe that I can try making for my whole family. I am a vegetarian who eats an almost vegan diet anyway because when a convenient vegan option exists I choose it anyway and I take my coffee black as I have not touched milk in over a decade.

My youngest Daughter is fully vegan so to find this recipe that will be delightful on the cold Winter evenings that are coming soon to England is a bonus. Like I said, it's a recipe we can all enjoy at mealtime is cool too.

I came to checkout your blog as I have become aware recently that you are a fabulous engager, I see you are also fabulous at sharing awesome recipes too.

I will let you know when I have tried this recipe myself. I am sure your Dad would need 2 portions to make sure he knows if he likes it or not, I know I would haha :D
