The beauty of my village. - Peaceful and Natural
It been few months now that I left my village. My dad's poor health condition and later the threat of pandemic forces us to stay in town for a while. Looking at the emergency we accepted the fate and currently living with my sister.
However,village is still a good place. I know many would deny the facts, however spending half of my life in cities and town, the love for village style of living is very strong. One of the cleanest to live in with natural beauty all over
This is one of my favorite place to spend time in evening. A small pond entirely covered with White Lotus. Where else you will find such natural beauty in cities.
Last few month my Dad is very eager to go to village, he always love his own home. Even though his health condition is not suitable for village with very limited medical facility. Still he forcing us to return to our home. Quite a strange situation where we are worried about his health and he neglecting all the condition and wanted to return.
And why not so, after all he grown up in all these condition and have spent most part of his life, playing around and roaming around the fields and the entire region.
The main thing about this pond is that they always blossom up with flower. The White beauty, which is hard to pluck unless you are ready to go deep in water. For sure it was quite risky, considering the pond turned quite marshy and there were lots of snake around.
However the poor child heart in us, wouldn't allow to stop and we get inside to get some wild water beauty in our hand.
Without any fragrance, still it looks quite marvelous in our hand. These wild water beauty were mostly used to worship in village temple, but I am sure many people in city not even saw such thing in real life.
They are more focus on getting along the glamorous lifestyle and in process forget to live a happier and peaceful life. Last 1 year or so as I started to live with my dad, I develop a special liking of my village and somewhere the love is getting stronger day by day. Hopefully, we will get back to our home in peace, close to nature sooner.

Not only that, you have better bonding or social life in village. I have a plan to go back after the kids finish their studies.
My dad did that too....but now situation also calls e to live in village.....social life and tye family bonding is unique which is always missing in cities...where everyone is very mean and selfish....seriously apart from any job everything quite fascinated about the peaceful life
I have a dream to do some organic farming to be able to grow every vegetable that I need - and then some cow milk. I think, if I start doing that at least , I can help my grand children to eat pesticide free foods - of course if at all I am alive to see them😁
I think u already have a terrace farming....I had one in my village..I made it with pigeon shits and no soil....that gives me good yield for tomatoes pumpkin, chilies and bitter gourds...but this year no one is looking after it...so next year I am planning into expand the area...on the terrace itself
