I am a person who loves to recycle plastic and glass containers, boxes, bags, paper, etc. Giving recycled materials a new use has many advantages, economic savings, creates jobs, we reduce pollution and develop our creativity. I have created several things with recycled material, maybe they are not totally beautiful and perfect, but effort and intention is what counts.

Next, I will show you the new use that I have given to the materials that I recycle.

  1. A basket for my son to place his dirty clothes.
I made this basket with a cardboard box and I covered it with paper, additionally I added some decals chosen by my son.

  2. A four, musical instrument.
This instrument is also made of cardboard. Due to the quarantine by COVID-19, the teachers were forced to order the activities to be done at home and this was one of them. Since I used hot silicone, I kept my son a bit away, but I asked him to color the instrument.

  3. Memory game.
I made this memory game in the company of my son because it has many benefits, not only entertainment, but also helps to improve concentration, stimulates eyesight, promotes language development, helps to exercise the brain in a healthy way and learns terms, concepts or images. Also use cardboard and some markers to make the figures.

  4. Vowel set.
As my son did not fully master the vowels, I decided to do a vowel lottery. I repeated the vowels several times so that I could learn them much faster, and the truth is that the game was a total success.

I wanted to surprise my husband with for his birthday, so I made him a trunk-shaped piñata. Is first time I make a shaped piñata and the truth is that I stay very well. Making breasts caused me a lot of concern, I did not know how to do them. So I sat down to think and the idea of making breasts with soft drink containers occurred to me.

  8. Egg cartons and yogurt containers.
Egg cartons and yogurt containers, I use them to make seedbeds. Once the plants grow, the transplanting process begins, either directly in the ground or in large pots.
