QOTW: What can we do differently so that people can understand us better?

Good morning everyone! Maybe it's too late but late is better than never.

I thought this question is for this week and found September 7 is the deadline. Anyway, it is still 7 on the other part of the globe.

The question is so much interesting and it's my pleasure to share what is inside of me.

No one is perfect and we could not please all the people around us. Even how 99% good we are, most of the people are looking at the small mistake that we had been done in a while. Just like for example the white plain paper with dirt on it in front of us, assuming that I will ask a question to everyone. "What is in the plain white paper? Nobody will tell us that it's white and most people will determine the small dirt on it. It happened to us during my school days.

How to attract people to understand us?

For me, I would be showing my natural and organic attitude from me. Being a plastic person will be melted and easily deform when there is a change in temperature.

To strengthen a relationship between people, we have to show and talk to them our dislikes and likes from the beginning of a certain relation in terms of friendship or more than friends. Honesty is the key someone could understand us.

We should widen our understanding to someone so we could get it back too. Avoid saying a harsh word again people. If we find something that is not really good, let us talk to them with a soft voice without any sign of anger. Dealing with a person in ta right conduct and manner will gain appreciation from the other side.

We have to weigh first our opinions before saying and outburst our idea. Let us be smart in our mood of talking that no one could be hurt. Sometimes and s many times, I encountered arguments but I choose not to speak when the other part was on fire.

There are times that harsh words could improve someone and it happened to me. I understood her point of view because I am open-minded but how about the ego of the other certain people.

We have no same mindset. We were molded in different shapes, talents, and understandings. So we need respect for ourselves to gain a huge understanding of the people around us.

People could understand us better if we understand first our own personal habits. The observation of the people toward us has a big factor in how they extend their understanding differently.

We ourselves are the source of their understanding. Some people are judgemental but eventually, sometime it has a reasonable value to improve us.

Thank you @ecotrain for this nice question. I was just too busy last week because of the coronavirus infected my employer. Thank God, there is nothing to worry, she is now in good shape and so with all of us.
