Keep it simple - A way to promote well-being.

A simple life is the best choice, I have heard it somewhere. But when it comes to practice simplicity in life, most of us including me fail to do this. Simple living is not just about choosing simple things for our daily life. 'Simple thinking' is also included in this.

Our modern life and consumerism give us an image that more choices are better. So, why I'm talking about promoting a simple life? For me, simplicity in making choices and thinking is the way of life that can help us to feel less stress. Not only that 'making it simple' means having more time to spend on other things which can promote personal well-being.

So, maybe you will notice it a thousand times in your life that having more doesn't make you happy. So, why not give it a try to make everything simple. You can cover everything, every single choice in this.

Like, while having an argument with your friend, you can choose to be quiet and forgive to make it simple. You see, it's not just about daily life choices. But yeah, it's more about daily life choices like food habit, clothing or in our appearance. It helps us promote well-being in a passive way.

Get more time for yourself, think simply and choose simple things for life. It doesn't mean you have to lose your lifestyle or personal way of living. You can practice this while having every other thing. But always notice whether your choices are taking away time from you.

Don't stress out having more option, make it simple and move forward.

Some really fantastic advice. Just because you don't get all "caught up" in things, does not mean that you cannot observe, learn and then move on.
