The Dog Companion
Maya has cerebral palsy and she was not able to walk until she was 4 years old.
Her loyal pet dog, Abby, has always stayed by her side and it has been a constant encouragement to her.

It was certainly a great moment when Maya finally took her first step when she was 4 years old.
Abby was her motivator to move and it was by her side when she took her first step.
Maya would talk to Abby like her friend and she would hug and kiss Abby with love.
Abby is certainly a great companion to Maya and they supported one another in their journey of life.
