Mask Prevention From Covid-19
Health care workers can have a higher risk of being infected with Covid-19 even after wearing their masks for prevention.
They are in contact with too many viruses around them since they are required to help many patients who are unwell.
Their amount of sleep during high demand may greatly reduce their that lead to affect their body immune system to viruses.

Health care workers need to ensure that they are wearing personal protective equipment like gloves, goggles, masks, gowns and many more to keep themselves safe.
Health care workers that were given a mask to last for a week may not be safe from the virus since there may be a leak even after half a day of usage.
When I went back to work, I had to use about three masks a day since my whole mouth can be really wet when I am teaching for hours.
We really need to appreciate all health care workers who are sacrificing in many ways to control this crisis that has affected every part of the world.

It makes a big difference if you have to speak a lot. On public transport I used a thick n95 mask. At school while teaching I wear a thin dental mask and change often.
N95 can be really hard to breath.
Lol honestly I can't keep up with all this mask works, mask don't work thing anymore, I've given up. i don't wear one, as far as I can, only when I'm asked to so people don't feel uncomfortable.
Over here, it is a law for us to wear a mask so we can be fine if we do not do it.
