Fought To The End

When Raphael was at the age of eight, he was diagnosed with bone cancer.

He went through multiple operations and treatment for five years and he even had to amputate his left arm in 2017.

He was an inspiration to his classmates and teachers for his courage to face his physical challenge.

His fighting spirit and zest for life even with all the pain that he had were great inspiration to the people around him.

At his last operation that he did not survive, he requested for his mum to hug him instead of his usual lying down.

He felt into a deep sleep that he did not wake up again.

In the above videoclip, his parents shared about their memories of him that could be a good closure for them.

He may not have the chance to grow up into an adult but his courage to fight to the end in his five years of suffering had impacted the people around him positively.
