Disruptive Students

Two teachers lost their calmness with disruptive students.

They were not serious during lesson and they seemed to be extremely disrespectful.

I am a teacher who believes in mutual respect but it is not always the case with our students.

Students know their rights and they may misuse their rights because of overprotective parents.

One of the key successes in managing students is the importance of establishing good relationship with parents during peace time so that we gain trust from parents in how we manage their children.

When students know that their parents are on our side, it really makes handling them a lot easier.
