ColorChallenge: Green Thursday

Green is life. Source and sign of life. But not only.

When I was a schoolgirl, the walls in the nursery in my parents' apartment were painted in a pale, soft cream green color. Following the architectural-psychological-physiological instructions that green relaxes the eyes and calms the psyche.

And I really believed in that. And when I felt in the process of preparing homework that I was getting tired, that I was straining, that I was reaching the limit of my strength and abilities, I looked up from the textbooks and started staring at the wall. The green wall. Or I would go out on the terrace to look at the tree crowns.

You may not believe in these psychological-physiological methods. I had no choice but to trust them then, except to believe in something at all, because the student period was one of the most difficult in my life. For one reason or another.

But today I went out in the garden and took these saturated green wallpaper pictures.

For each of you who does not see nature and green directly around you. And if nothing else, then green is a source and a sign of life. And it can't help but rest and refresh the eyes.

Nowadays, this blog no longer exists, but I'm still here - passionate about architecture, art and mysteries and eager to share my discoveries and point of view with you.
