Ingress: The Animation - Which faction would you choose? | Impressions and series review

Hello, living beings! Today I'm going to talk about Ingress: The Animation, the first series I watch from the list I already have saved on Netflix, although actually, I knew that later because it was the first thing that came out zapping and the plot caught my attention, so I decided to watch it, and when the opening started and I recognized the song I loved it completely and I watched the whole series in one night.

Ingress: The Animation is based on the game also called Ingress, it's from the creators of Pokemon Go, and I uninstalled it as soon as I installed it, because those kinds of games are not my favorite, even though I loved the series completely. Going for a walk in the actual world to go attack portals in a game? No thanks, I'll pass.

Hoy les voy a hablar de Ingress: The Animation, la primera serie que veo de la lista que ya tengo guardada en Netflix, aunque en realidad eso lo supe después, pues fue lo primero que me salió haciendo zapping y me llamó la atención la trama, así que decidí verla, y cuando comenzó el opening y reconocí la canción la amé por completo y vi la serie completa en una noche.

Ingress: The Animation está basada en el juego llamado también Ingress, es de los creadores de Pokemon GO, y lo desinstalé apenas lo instalé, porque ese tipo de juegos no son mis favoritos, aunque haya amado la serie por completo. ¿Salir a caminar en el mundo actual para ir a atacar portales en un juego? No, gracias, paso.

Sarah Coppola, Makoto Midorikawa, Christopher Brandt, and Jack Norman are going to be our protagonists in this world where the discovery of the XM substance has been altering the world around them and the time is right to act before it all gets destroyed. The XM substance has been affecting humans since the beginning of time and is currently being investigated by two factions: The Illuminati and The Resistance.

The Illuminati believe that the XM substance is meant to evolve humans and take them to a higher plane, while those of The Resistance believes that the XM substance should currently be harnessed by humans and used in every possible way to make the current existence better and better, although in practice the opposite is true. The two factions have been at war for years and it is time for us to witness the outcome that can save or doom humanity.

Sarah Coppola, Makoto Midorikawa, Christopher Brandt, y Jack Norman van a ser nuestros protagonistas en este mundo donde el descubrimiento de la sustancia XM ha estado alterando el mundo a su alrededor y ha llegado el momento justo para actuar antes de que todos se destruya. La sustancia XM afecta a los seres humanos desde el principio de los tiempos y actualmente está siendo investigado por dos facciones: Los Iluminados y La Resistencia.

Los Iluminados creen que la sustancia XM está hecha para hacer evolucionar a los seres humanos y llevarlos a un plano superior, mientras que los de La Resistencia creen que la sustancia XM debe ser aprovechada actualmente por los humanos y utilizarla de todas las maneras posibles para hacer la actual existencia cada vez mejor, aunque en la práctica suceda todo lo contrario. Las dos facciones están en guerra desde hace años y es momento de que presenciemos el descenlance que puede salvar o condenar a la humanidad.

I loved the animation, I loved the characters, the story, everything, absolutely everything, this sci-fi story won my love and affection, I can say that the game is also good, but it's just not my favorite kind of game to play, and that's why I'm glad for those who got to play it before the anime came out and still liked what they saw.

Here I leave you with Alt-J's song - Tessellate, as it's the opening song, and the ending song is Cold Blood by the same band, I insanely loved this! I didn't skip any opening or ending to enjoy the two songs, Alt-J is one of my favorite bands for years, and their songs fit perfectly with this anime because they have the same level of weirdness. Listen to the song, and get addicted to Alt-J.

Amé la animación, amé los personajes, la historia, todo, absolutamente todo, esta historia de ciencia ficción se ganó mi cariño y afecto, puedo decir que el juego también es bueno, peor simplemente no es mi tipo de juego predilecto para jugar, y por eso me alegro de aquellos llegaron a jugarlo antes de que saliera el anime y aún así les gustó lo que vieron.

Aquí les dejo la canción de Alt-J - Tessellate, pues es la canción del opening, y la canción del ending es Cold Blood de la misma banda, ¡amé insanamente esto! No me salté ningún opening o ending para disfrutar de las dos canciones, Alt-J es una de mis bandas favoritas desde hace años, y sus canciones quedan perfectas con este anime porque tienen el mismo nivel de rareza. Escuchen la canción, y háganse adictos de Alt-J.

There will never be enough stories of this type, and I will never get tired of seeing them, I love them, although if they are poorly done I will not like them, Ingress is beautiful in all aspects, at least for me, and that's why I love it. One thing I didn't tell you is that the XM substance can affect humans so much that some can get to have abilities or powers, which is the case of our protagonists, powers that can be used for good or evil, no matter what they believe is right or wrong.

Here is the trailer! Go watch it, you will like it, although you might not, but it doesn't matter, I recommend it anyway, I really liked everything I saw, and if you like this anime you might want to play the game in which it was inspired, or maybe you have already played the game and didn't know about the existence of its anime.

Nunca van a existir suficientes historias de este tipo, y tampoco me voy a cansar de verlas, me encantan, aunque si están mal hechas no me van a gustar, pero Ingress es una hermosura en todos sus aspectos, al menos para mí, y por eso la amo. Una cosa que no les dije es que la sustancia XM puede llegar a afectar tanto a los humanos que algunos pueden llegar a tener habilidades o poderes, el cual es el caso de nuestros protagonistas, poderes que pueden ser usados para el bien o para el mal, sin importar que lo que se crea sea correcto o incorrecto.

¡Aquí les dejo el trailer! Vayan a verlo, les va a gustar, aunque es posible que no, pero no importa, se las recomiendo de todas formas, me gustó muchísimo todo lo que vi, y si les llega a gustar este anime es posible que se animen a jugar el juego en el cual fue inspirado, o quizás ya hayan jugado el juego y no sabían de la existencia de su anime.
