Wow awesome meal you are bound to be able to enjoy for more than one meal! Adding chili flakes is a definite must for a little zing and I think I would enjoy a little horseradish mayo on that sandwich as well.
Great now I am hungry!

You would think so but that whole kebab went quicker than a camel with 3 humps! Delicious though and can't wait to cook it again.
