Hola amigos hoy les traigo un plato especial que sirve en el momento que quieran realizar un rico almuerzo les hablo de un bisteck tipo guiso, acompañado de arroz, ensalada y tajadas de plátano.



Les diré pasa a paso como realice esta rica receta para que la puedan hacer ustedes en casa.


Primeramente para ello use los siguientes ingredientes:


® Carne.

® Arroz.

® Plátano.

® Aceite.

® Tomates.

® Pimentón.

® Cebolla.

® Ajo.

® Aliño.

® Adobo.

® Pimienta.

® Sal.

Inicie lavando la carne para tenerla lista para el siguiente paso que sería adobarla, para ello pique el ajo. Luego coloque la carne en una taza y la adobe con ajo picado, aliño, pimienta, adobo y sal. Después la coloque en un caldero y agregue un poco de aceite y le coloque la tapa y la puse a cocinar a fuego lento durante un tiempo determinado.

Después corte en cuadritos tomate, cebolla y pimentón y se lo agregué a la carne.

Para hacer el arroz use, por taza de arroz dos tazas de agua y un poco de sal y aceite y lo puse a sofreír y después de le añadí el agua y lo deje cocinar a fuego lento.

Seguidamente corte los tomates en ruedas y la cebolla, luego le añadí un toque de vinagre y sal.
