- 2 plátanos verdes, 300 gramos de repollo blanco, 1 ramita de cebollín, 1 ramita de cilantro, 4 dientes de ajo, 1 ají dulce, 1 cucharada de mayonesa, 1 cucharada de salsa de tomate, sal al gusto, 1/2 taza de aceite en para freír.
- 2 green plantains, 300 grams of white cabbage, 1 sprig of chives, 1 sprig of coriander, 4 cloves of garlic, 1 sweet pepper, 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce, salt to taste, 1/2 cup of oil for frying.

- Quitar la concha a los plátanos.
- Remove the shell from the plantains.
- Calentar el sartén y dorarlos por ambos lados.
- Heat the pan and brown them on both sides.
- Los cubrimos con un plástico y presionamos con un plato plano o tabla de cocina que quede plano.
- We cover them with a plastic and press with a flat plate or kitchen table that is flat.
- Picamos los ajos finamente.
- Chop the garlic finely.
- Le agregamos el ajo.

- Y freímos de nuevo, que dore por los dos lados y rociamos la sal al gusto.

- Cortamos finamente el repollo, lo pasamos por agua caliente.

- Los integramos al repollo, le agregamos la cucharada de mayonesa y mezclamos.

- Colocamos la ensalada sobre los tostones.
