¡Feliz día mis amigos!. Ya estamos en el mes del Padre, les presento otra de mis recetas muy sabrosas y rendidoras, los "Callos en Salsa" rinden mucho a la hora de servir y se puede comer con arroz, pan o galletas. Es otra opción a la hora de almorzar y muy apetitosa. Se los recomiendo preparar. Espero les guste y que tenga un buen provecho.

Ingredientes / Ingredients: 🔪


- 500 grs de panza, 3 tomates maduros, 1 cebolla, 5 ajíes dulces, 1 zanahoria pequeña, 4 dientes de ajo, 1 ramita de cilantro, 1 ramita de cebollin, sal al gusto, 1 cucharada de aceite, 1 cucharada de condimentos (pimentón, orégano y sabroseador en polvo).
- 1.10 lbs of tripe, 3 ripe tomatoes, 1 onion, 5 sweet peppers, 1 small carrot, 4 cloves of garlic, 1 sprig of coriander , 1 sprig of chives, salt to taste, 1 tablespoon of oil, 1 tablespoon of seasonings (paprika, oregano and flavoring powder).

Preparación / Preparation: 🍲


- Lavar muy bien la panza y cortar en trozos pequeños.
- Wash the tripe very well and cut into small pieces.

- Llevamos al fuego por 1 hora hasta que ablande.
- We take the fire for 1 hour until it softens.

- Preparamos los aliños para la salsa; cotando finamente los ajos, el cebollin y los ajíes dulces, rallamos los tomates, cebolla y zanahoria.
- We prepare the dressings for the sauce; Finely chopping the garlic, chives and sweet peppers, we grate the tomatoes, onion and carrot.

- Agregar 1 cucharada de aceite al sarten y sofreír los ingredientes de la salsa.
- Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the pan and fry the sauce ingredients.

- Añadimos la sal.
- Add the salt.

- Agregamos los condimentos.

- Mezclamos para integrar bien.

- Añadimos la panza en trocitos.

- Mezclamos para que absorban los sabores.
- We mix to absorb the flavors.

- Añadimos 3 tazas de agua, tapamos y cocinamos por 30 min.
- Add 3 cups of water, cover and cook for 30 min.

- Lavamos y cortamos finamente el cilantro.
- Wash and finely chop the coriander.

- Agregamos a la salsa.
- Add to the sauce.

- Mezclamos, apagamos y dejamos reposar.
- Mix, turn off and let stand.

- ¡Listo! a degustar estos suculentos callos en salsa.
