This Indian version of scrambled egg is simple yet versatile. With its spicy flavor, it can be eaten alone with rice, roti or used as a filling for sandwich. It will taste equally good when fresh off the stove or packed in a lunchbox.
As required oil
1 tsp ghee
4 cloves garlic
1/2 inch ginger
4 big onions
4 tomatoes
1/2 green capsicum
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp crushed black pepper
1 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup coriander leaves
5 eggs ( seasoned with 3/4 tsp salt and whisked)
