Welcome to my blog, today on the menu is a very special for breakfast. The dish is very easy to make and hold its root from southern parts of India.
Uttapam!!
Uttapam is yet another a healthy breakfast dish from South Indian cuisine. This is normally made of rice and pulses batter but I have given it a different touch, by making it more healthier and lighter. I have prepared this dish with the help of semolina and curd. Now let's quickly have a look at the recipe.
Ingredients :
- 2 Cups of Curd.
- Semolina - 2 cups.
- Finely chopped Tomatoes and Onions 1 each.
- Salt to taste.
- Red Chilli powder 1 tbsp.
- Garam Masala - 1tbsp.
