Receta de Pollo Frito con rebozado Crujiente// Fried Chicken Recipe with Crispy Batter

Hoy con una receta muy fácil y rápida de preparar, y sobre todo muy económica... sin dejar a un lado lo deliciosa que es este pollo crujiente.

Ingredientes:

  • 500 de Alas de Pollo.
  • 100 gramos de pan rallado.
  • 3 cucharadas de fecula de maiz.
  • curri
  • curcuma.
  • pimienta.
  • salsa picante (opcional)
  • 1 huevo.
  • Aceite para freír.

Ingredients:

  • 500 Chicken Wings.
  • 100 grams of breadcrumbs.
  • 3 tablespoons of cornstarch.
  • curry
  • turmeric.
  • pepper.
  • hot sauce (optional)
  • 1 egg.
  • Oil for frying.

Para su preparación:

Colocamos el pollo en un bol, agregamos la pimienta, sal, curry, curcuma y la salsa picante, la dejamos reposar 30 minutos en la nevera para que el pollo se impregnen y cojan todo el sabor de los condimentos.

For its preparation:

Para el rebozado:

Mezclamos el pan rallado, la fecula de maiz y una pizca de sal, en otro bol agregamos el huevo, pasamos el pollo por el rebozado, luego por el huevo, y nuevamente por el rebozado.

For the batter:

We mix the breadcrumbs, the cornstarch and a pinch of salt, in another bowl we add the egg, we pass the chicken through the batter, then the egg, and again through the batter.

En un sartén colocamos suficiente aceite que cubra el pollo por completo, y que este bien caliente, para que su rebozado quede bien crujiente y el pollo bien jugoso por dentro.

In a frying pan we put enough oil that covers the chicken completely, and that it is very hot, so that its batter is very crispy and the chicken is very juicy inside.
