How to prepare empanadas with oriental flavor with sea flavor

This food is traditional in the East of my Country, its filling is special because it is made with seafood. Due to its particular flavor it is widely consumed by tourists and locals
Ingredientes: (Para el relleno)
- Gramos de tripa de perla.
- 10 Dientes de ajo.
- 6 Ajís.
- 1 Cebolla.
- Curry.
- Pizca de sal.
Ingredientes: (Para la masa).
- Harina de maíz precocidad.
- Agua.
- Sal.
- Azúcar.

- 10 garlic cloves.
- 6 Ajís.
- 1 Onion.
- Curry.
- Pinch of salt.

- Precocious corn flour.
- Water.
- Salt.

Cook the pearl casing for a period of 30 minutes until it is soft.
Chop the chili, onion and garlic as small as possible and add it to our already cooked pearl casing. Cook for 7 to 8 minutes.
To prepare the dough, add the flour in a bowl, water, sugar and salt to taste.
Stretch the dough in a circular way, add the filling, completing it with fried banana
We close the dough with the filling and give it the shape of the pie.
We fry it between high and low temperatures so that they are crispy.
Ideal for breakfast with a delicious guasacaca and a good cup of coffee.
