Cinnamon roll
Ingredients
- For the mass:
1 cup milk
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 and 1/2 cups wheat flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
2 and 1/2 teaspoons instant yeast
1 teaspoon salt
Oil to grease
-- For the filling:
3/4 cups brown sugar
2 tablespoons cinnamon powder
1/4 cup unsalted butter at room temperature
After kneading we stretch the dough with the help of a roller, so that it can be styled rectangular.
Once stretched, melted butter is added to the dough. Then fill with the cinnamon and sugar mixture.
Roll the dough, and cut to remove the cinnamon rolls, let stand approximately 2 hours, then put them in the oven, for 20 minutes.

Love cinnamon rolls. They go perfect with a nice strong cup of coffee. And the smell that fills the house when they are baking is amazing.
I ate it with a hot chocolate, very good that I had left; To be my first time.
