1 kilo de pollo
500 grs de pasta
1 cebolla grande
2 ramas de cebollin
1 pimentón
1 zanahoria
3 dientes de ajo
3 tomates
2 ajies dulce
2 cucharada de maicena
Aceitunas, alcaparras, orégano, vinagre, azúcar, sal y pimienta al gusto.

Comienzo salpimentando el pollo, luego en una cacerola coloco aceite agrego el pollo y cocino unos minutos, luego añado la cebolla, el cebollín y el pimentón cortados en cuadros pequeños, sofrio para luego incorporar la zanahoria rallada, seguido de una taza de agua y dejo que se cocine por los menos 10 minutos.

Los tomates los sancocho los licuo con dos ajies dulce, una cucharada de vinagre, una de azúcar y dos de maicena, se lo incorporo al guiso con la cucharada de aceituna y alcaparra, revuelvo y unos minutos después le agrego el orégano y lo dejo cocinar hasta que la salsa espece.
