The internet is indeed a good source for recipes. When my aunt started dieting keto, she needed to re-learn a lot. But she's been doing it for years now, so she shares her recipes online now with us.

Yes... I use both Google and YouTube.
Because we can't find certain ingredients here, I need to look up a few recipes before I can make a choice and heck you can also merge some recipes
