Saturday Breakfast and Dinner (Vegetable Night!)

Good morning For yesterday's breakfast, we had cucumber, fried sweet potatoes which were super crunchy ( I like it!), omelette, carrots with cucumber, cheese, and mayonnaise, and bread with cheese spread.

For dinner, we had this assorted vegetables with soup. I don't know what the dish is called. It has squash, bitter gourd, sweet potatoes, moringa pods, onion, tomato, etc. I was quite hesitant to eat the bitter gourd because it might taste very bitter but thank goodness the bitter taste was very slight. That's because I paired it with the tilapia fish, cucumber, tomato, and fried rice. I mixed the bitter gourd in them so I wouldn't taste it. Lol.

Eating fruits and vegetables are recommended right now to strengthen one's immune system and prevent being infected by the virus easily. :)
