🍛 Amok (Ital Version) 🥥 A Truly Cambodian Curry 🌶️
Today I want to share my Ital Amok recipe. Normally this food is made with, fish, chicken and sometimes snails also. 🐌
My family are Italists and my husband Rasta, so same like vegan, but more natural. We live in Suriname but have Rasta people can not cook and and always use the maggi powder.
I make tradition food from my Cambodia, but now is Ital style in Caribbean.
I used tofu and sweet potato to make Ital curry. This special food is made with noni leaves, but some humans in my country not like noni leaves or not have it, and they use cauliflower leaves.
Some humans not cook like me, they steam it in banana leaves, but my mom liked to steam it in noni leaves, and we eat all together. This is food made me miss my mom very much always.

Looks real healthy. Summer should be simmer but it works same way hehehh. On thing about toufu, I keep on hearing it isn't good for men. So much misinformation about it.
Anything with coconut milk is my favorite 😊
This looks very tasty. And I prefer chicken only 👍

Thanks for sharing the amok recipe. The first time I tried an amok curry was at a riverside restaurant in Phnom Penh. I have galangal in my garden and I would like to try these with pure veggies.
Yes, that's so good. Sometimes I made it pure vegetables also, it’s delicious the same. Hope you make it soon and enjoy it😊.
I agree, making it with pure vegetables would be equally delicious. Happy Friday!
Looking delicious
Thank you so much 😊.
