I wonder too if people read my long posts. I saved yours for a time when I could read it all. It was delightful. I want to go to Peru now and have some great food. Actually I think I should pay attention to the food more when I travel. I have some memorable food experiences and want more. Thanks great post.

I wish I had appreciated the meals more when I was in Peru instead of just gobbling it down. I mean I read the menu and the source of the ingredient, and listened to the waiters explaining it, but I wished I'd paid more attention.
