This dish is very curious for me, since I do not know some ingredients, such as the fish that you have used in its preparation. In Venezuela we eat dried fish, but it is of larger varieties, meatier and with a greater amount of fat. I also do not know the leaves that you have used to flavor it. It is a good post, with photos that illustrate step by step how to prepare the recipe. The only observation I have to make is that it would be ideal, and it is what is expected of any recipe, that you include the amounts of each ingredient, expressed in measures that are understandable to anyone. Este plato es muy curioso para mí, ya que desconozco algunos ingredientes, como es el caso del pescado que has utilizado en su preparación. En Venezuela comemos pescado seco, pero es de variedades más grandes, más carnosas y con mayor cantidad graso. Tampoco conozco las hojas que has utilizado para darle sabor. Es un buen post, con fotos que ilustran paso a paso cómo preparar la receta. La única observación que tengo que hacer, es que sería ideal, y es lo que se espera de toda receta, que incluyas las cantidades de cada ingrediente, expresadas en medidas que sean comprensibles para cualquier persona.
