Mushrooms, Bok choi and Tofu in Oyster sauce
Bok choy Leaves is our family's favorite leaves. A regular in our diet besides lentil soup. Super easy to cook and a versatile vegetable along with mushrooms. With earthy peppery taste, A delicious side dish or main meal with your choice of carbohydrate.
Ingredients
Bok choy leaves and stalks
Mushroom, sliced
Tofu, fried
Garlic, minced
Onion, chopped
Oyster sauce, 2 tbsp
Black Pepper, ground
Preparations
Fry the tofu, cut in a cube and set aside.
Chopped the leaves and the stalks and set separately. Slice the mushroom.
Saute garlic and onion until fragrant.
Add the Bok choy stalks and stir fry for a few minutes.
Add the oyster sauce, mix and let it sit for a couple of minutes.
Next, add the sliced mushroom.
Then, add the Bok choy leaves and stir to combine well.
Lastly, incorporate the fried tofu and gently mix.
Adjust your seasoning and ready to serve.
You can also use soy sauce if you are a vegetarian.
This delicious dish can be ready in less than 15 minutes. It’s nutritious, economical and time saver.
