Yummy sausage rolls!

I got my hands dirty in the kitchen yesterday... AGAIN!! I made some sausage rolls for snack and breakfast and they were really tasty!

Dough:

  • 200 ml lukewarm milk
  • 100 ml lukewarm water
  • 1 egg and 1 egg white (keep the other yolk to wash the rolls before baking)
  • 1 packet of dry yeast (9gr) or 30 gr of fresh yeast
  • 1 tbs sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 600 gr all-purpose flour

Mix them all together to make a nice soft dough. Let it rest in a warm place for at least half an hour until it doubles and then make your rolls. You can use any filling you want.

Wash your rolls with the egg yolk mixed with a little milk and bake in a preheated oven at 180-200 degrees (depending on your oven), it won't take more than 20-30 minutes for your rolls to be ready.
