Beef with hilopites

Another favorite dish is beef with fresh tomato sauce and some kind of pasta or rice to go with it. This time I served my delicious beef with a sauce of fresh tomatoes and grated carrots and hilopites on the side.

Some fresh carrots with oil and apple vinegar as a salad and of course feta cheese will complete this scrumptious lunch!
