Chicken spaghetti
Yesterday's lunch was spaghetti with chicken and tomato sauce...
I sautéed one chicken breast in olive oil, added pepper, curry, smoked paprika, salt, mustard and 3 grated tomatoes, 2 tablespoons of homemade tomato sauce, 1 cup of water and let it cook.
Served with feta cheese and some sliced cucumber on the side and made a perfect quick and tasty lunch!
