I was finally able to visit my friends' new food stand. Although I have not been in good health, and I have my defenses a little low, I decided to venture out yesterday to clear my mind a little, since my illness is closely linked to stress, and well, I had an important commitment with my friends that we had to postpone due to the pandemic situation.

Por fin pude visitar el nuevo puesto de comida de mis amigos. A pesar de que no he estado del todo bien de salud, y tengo mis defensas un poco bajas, decidí aventurarme ayer para despejar un poco la mente, ya que mi enfermedad está estrechamente vinculada con el estrés, y pues, tenia un compromiso importante con mis amigos que hemos tenido que postergar debido a la situación de la pandemia.

However, yesterday was the day to visit them and see how they prepare those delicious sandwiches. I must point out that all the ingredients they use are fresh, and I gave them a positive point because they use gloves to add each of the ingredients.

Sin embargo, ayer fue el día para ir a visitarlos y poder ver cómo es que preparan esos exquisitos sandwiches. Debo acotar que todo los ingredientes que usan son frescos, y les di un punto positivo porque utilizan guantes para ir agregando cada uno de los ingredientes.

The establishment, as I said before, I love it, because it is so rustic with the flavor of their menu, which by the way, they also have Mexican food, but I wanted to go for the sandwiches because I feel that is what mostly characterizes them.

El establecimiento, ya lo había dicho antes, me encanta, porque es tan rústico con el sabor de su menú, que por cierto, también tienen comida mexicana, pero yo quise ir por los sándwich ya que siento que eso es lo que mayormente les caracteriza a ellos.

One of the owners was telling me that he wanted to change the menu, that is, the graphics, and that he was going to need some pictures, I was very sincere with him when I told him that I do the pictures for free so as not to create any kind of expectation to the buyer of my service, since I do all this as a hobby, however, he told me that there was no problem that he understood and that he had already asked for a $25 service.

Uno de los dueños me estaba comentando que quería cambiar el menú, es decir, los gráficos, y que iba a necesitar algunas fotografías, yo pues, fui muy sincero con él al decirle que hago las fotografías gratis para no crear ningún tipo de expectativa al comprador de mi servicio, ya que todo esto lo hago como hobbie, sin embargo, él me dijo que no había problema que entendía, y que ya había pedido un servicio de $25.

He was also telling me that he will be doing some remodeling, so I will be visiting again soon :)

También me estuvo hablando que hará unas remodelaciones, así que pronto les estare visitando nuevamente :)

Mixed Grill

This one is new on the menu and has a flavor between stewed and fried meat, to which they add an even stronger bacon flavor, which gives it an even crispier texture.

Este es nuevo en el menú, y tiene un sabor entre carne guisada y frita, al cual le agregan un sabor aún más fuerte que es la tocineta, y el cual le da una textura aún más crujiente.

Tuna

This one is also new on the menu and has a cream based on tuna, corn, and parsley, plus some slices of smoked ham, particularly they add black olives, surely it gives them an even stronger flavor.

Este es nuevo también en el menú, y tiene una crema a base de atún, maíz y perejil, además de unas rodajas de jamón ahumado, particularmente le añaden aceitunas negras, seguramente les da un sabor aún más fuerte.

Pork leg

This is my favorite, the flavor and seasoning of the pork leg is fascinating, and when accompanied by the yellow cheese it is an explosion of flavors on the palate. If I have to recommend something from their menu, without a doubt this is it.

Este es mi favorito, el sabor y la sazón del pernil es algo fascinante, además que acompañado del queso amarillo es una explosión de sabores en el paladar. Si tengo que recomendar algo de su menú, sin duda alguna es este.

Supreme

Another new one on the menu, and it has mushrooms, grilled chicken, bacon, and four cheese cream, a delight.

Otro nuevo del menu, y tiene champiñones, pollo a la plancha, tocineta y crema de 4 quesos, una delicia.
