Make your own Tartare Sauce: 2/3 cup Mayo, 2 finely chopped pickled cucumbers, 4 tbs lemon juice, 1 teaspoon dry dill, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, pinch of sugar.
Cut the fish in smaller pieces.

Lightly beat 3 eggs in one small mixing bowl.
Add 1 cup of flour in another mixing bowl, and 1 cup panko(or bread crumbs) in a 3rd bowl.
Add seasonings in the bowl with flour (salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder).

Dip each fish piece into the eggs, in the flour mixture and then in the Panko.
Fry them in a large pan with a generous amount of oil(or bake them in the oven, in a large greased baking dish, at 375F) until golden on both sides.
Make your burgers with lettuce, thinly sliced tomatoes, a piece of fish and tartare sauce).
Enjoy!!
