Tagliatelle with pesto.
One of my favorite sauce for pasta is Pesto.
Pesto is a sauce created in the city Of Genova, it's not hard to prepare it, and it really suit in every kind of pasta, but it's good also on rice and bread.
Pesto in made mostly of basil, a garlic, extra virgin oil and parmesan cheese.
If you want you can also made it with other things, exist a nuts Pesto, radish Pesto, red Pesto, rucola Pesto etc...
I truly love it, and today I cook a tagliatelle with Pesto (classic one), the results was very yummi, don't you agree?
