Hello there, everyone! I hope you're having a fantastic day today. Today, I'll show you how to prepare boiling yam and carrot egg sauce, which is a unique delicacy. This cuisine is popular primarily in Lagos's island region. This dish is best served with a little spicy sauce. I'm going to make it a little more tasty this time. This is going to smell and look amazing. Many people produce their sauce in a variety of ways, according to their preferences or whatever they desire. Some people use garden eggs, while others use cucumbers and cabbage, but most people do love carrot.

In Nigeria, we make this sauce with tomatoes, red pepper (to make it spicy) and onions. One of the most popular current trendy dinners on the planet is boiled yam with carrot egg sauce. It's easy to make, quick to prepare, and great to eat. Every day, millions of people enjoy it. My entire life has revolved around boiled yam and carrot egg sauce. Step 1: Wash the carrots, trim off the stem end and root tip of the carrot. Then use a manual hand chopper to chop the carrots. Crack the eggs in a bowl and beat very well then cover it.
