Hola a todos en la comunidad, como se encuentran? Hoy les quiero traer una forma muy divertida y graciosa para que hagan unos huevos en forma de cupcakes, sin uso de aceite, lo que lo hace más saludable y delicioso!

Hello everyone in the community, how are you? Today I want to bring you a very fun and funny way to make some eggs in the shape of cupcakes, without the use of oil, which makes it healthier and more delicious!

Pueden presentar el plato de una forma cómica como yo lo hice y los niños lo amarán! Además que tiene vegetales, lo que lo hace aún mejor.

You can present the dish in a comical way like I did and the kids will love it! Plus it has vegetables, which makes it even better.

Ingredientes / Ingredients:

• 6 Huevos / 6 Eggs
• 100 gr Jamón / 100 gr of Ham
• 100 gr de Queso Mozzarella / 100 gr of Mozzarella Cheese
• 1 Tomate / 1 Tomatoe
• 1 Cebolla / 1 Onion
• 1 Pimentón Rojo / 1 Red Pepper
• Sal y Pimienta / Salt and Pepper

Preparación / Preparation:

1- Empezamos cortando los ingredientes / We start by cutting the ingredients.

Cortamos en cuadritos la cebolla, el tomate y el pimentón rojo.

Dice the onion, tomato and red pepper.

El jamón vamos a cortarlo también en cuadritos pequeños. El queso lo puedes cortar también de esta forma o lo puedes rallar como en la foto.

We are also going to cut the ham into small squares. The cheese can also be cut in this way or you can grate it as in the photo.

2- Colocamos los huevos en el molde / We put the eggs con the mold.

Engrasamos el molde y distribuimos de forma equilibrada los vegetales.

We grease the mold and distribute the vegetables in a balanced way.

Agrega el jamón y el queso y luego revuelve bien los ingredientes. Abre un espacio en el centro para que puedas verter la yema del huevo ahí.

Add the ham and cheese and then mix the ingredients well. Open a space in the center so that you can pour the yolk of the egg there.

Al romper y verter los huevos en el molde, hazlo con mucho cuidado para que no se rompan como me paso con uno de ellos, jajaja. Luego añade sal y pimienta y estarán listos para cocinar.

When breaking and pouring the eggs into the mold, do it very carefully so that they do not break as I happen with one of them, jajaja. Then add salt and pepper and they are ready to cook.

3- Llevamos los huevos al horno / We take the eggs to the oven.

Precalentamos el horno a 180°C y llevamos los huevos al horno por unos 8 a 10 minutos. El horno de mi casa no calienta tanto como debería, así que te recomiendo estar mirando los huevos cada 3 minutos hasta que estén en el punto que te gusten.

We preheat the oven to 180 °C and put the eggs in the oven for about 8 to 10 minutes. The oven in my house does not heat as much as it should, so I recommend that you look at the eggs every 3 minutes until they are at the point you like.

Cuando saques el molde, déjalo enfriar por unos minutos. Esto ayudara a que los huevos tomen mejor consistencia y no se desarmen.

When you remove the mold, let it cool for a few minutes. This will help the eggs take better consistency and do not fall apart.

Sirve los huevos y acompañalos con lo que más te guste. En mi casa lo hicimos con una arepa finita y bien tostada.

Serve the eggs and accompany them with what you like the most. At my house we made it with a thin and well toasted arepa.
