VEGETARIAN VS NON VEGETARIAN (OKRA/LADY FINGER VS SEEKH KEBAB KARAHI) same method different taste
ONLY 6 INGREDIENTS REQUIRED FOR EACH DISH
INGREDIENTS OKRA:
- OKRA
- ONION
- TOMATOES
- SALT
- RED CHILI
- MUSTARD POWDER
- OIL
PREPARATION:
- TAKE A PAN, ADD OIL ON IT AND FRY OKRA ACCORDING TO YOUR STYLE, I cut LIKE SMALL SHAPED
- when it gets light brown add onion and make them light brown aswel
- after both get brown add chopped tomatoes. cook until tomatoes gets mashed in it.
- after 10 minutes of cooking add spices like salt red chili and mustard.
- 2 more minutes to cook and it's ready. :)
SEEKH KEBAB KARAHI
INGREDIENTS:
- FROZEN KEBAB
- OIL
- ONION
- TOMATOES
- SALT
- RED CHILI
- MUSTARD POWDER
- IF YOU LIKE GINGER GARLIC PASTE ADD THAT TOO
PREPARATION:
- Take a pan add some oil, fry seekh kebab in it.
- when it gets fry set aside
- fry onion in the pan with oil. when it gets brown add tomatoes
- when tomatoes get mashed ad salt, red chili, and mustard powder
- after that add seekh kebab in it and cook for more than 2minutes so that the sauce will absorb in the kebab.
- its ready :)
