MASALA RICE CHICKEN

  • TOMATOES

  • GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  • YOGURT
  • WATER
  • CORIANDER POWDER
  • PICKLES

PREPARATION

TAKE A BOWL ADD ALL SPICES ON IT AND MIX IT WITH CHICKEN SET ASIDE

  • BOIL THE RICE
  • TAKE A PAN ADD OIL AND PUT ONION ON IT.
  • AFTER THAT WHEN IT GETS BROWN ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  • 2 MINS FRY THEN ADD MARINATED CHICKEN COOK OM HIGH FLAME
  • AFTER 3 MINS ADD TOMATOES
  • ADD MORE WATER AND COOK IN MEDIUM FLAME
  • WHEN IT BECOMES GRAVY SET ASIDE
  • NOW TAKE HUGE BOWL GIVE LAYERS OF BOIL RICE AND CHICKEN GRAVY.
  • AT THE END ADD yogurt with food color, mix it and put it into the rice.
  • give steam for 10 mins.

STEAMED YOGURT RICE

INGREDIENTS

  • RICE SOAKED HALF HOUR
  • SALT
  • YOGURT
  • RED CHILI
  • MUSTARD POWDER
  • CORIANDER POWDER
  • BLACK PEPPER WITHOUT CRUSHING
  • VINEGAR
  • SOYA SAUCE
  • ONION
  • GINGER PASTE

PREPARATION

  • TAKE A PAN ADD onion, when it gets brown add ginger paste
  • mix it after that add all the spices mix for more 6 mins
  • add yogurt mix for more 5 minutes
  • then add water. Approx
  • for 2 cups of rice add 4 cups of same quantity water
  • then add rice
  • after that when u see bubbles appear
  • rice soaked the water properly.
  • give steam for 10 mins
