INGREDIENTS FOR CHICKEN MARINATION

  • Boiled chicken
  • vinegar
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oregano
  • egg
  • soya sauce
  • chili sauce
  • red chili
  • ginger garlic paste
    -mustard paste
  • chicken powder

FOR FRIES

  • SALT
  • PEPPER
  • CORNFLOUR
  • RED CHILI

FOR CHICKEN COATING

  • ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
  • CHILLED WATER

PREPARATION OF CHICKEN

  • BOIL THE CHICKEN
  • after boil 45 minutes put it into refrigerator
  • take a bowl, add all ingredients
  • make a paste and spread on chicken.
  • marinate for 40 mins.
  • take a pan with oil for deep fry
  • give coat of all purpose flour and water 3 times
  • first dip white flour then dip into chilled water again and again then fry
