My aunt guided me to make a simple fish soup recipe using tuna and some basic ingredients in the kitchen such as tomatoes, garlic, ginger and onions. It was a quick saute of ingredients before we added the fresh tuna slices and voila, a simmering fish soup. It was a bit sour because of the tomatoes but that's how it's supposed to be. I even squeezed some lemons to make it even more sour and I feel it was like putting a cherry on top. It tasted and smelled perfect.
No leftovers after dinner, the kids loved it, the old aunts loved it and of course, I loved it, I will make it again!
