My aunt taught me to make one of my favorite snacks earlier, caramelized bananas! We have a surplus of bananas in our farm so we incorporate bananas in our meals and snacks. Not all of them are sold because we too love bananas!
We make sure we cook our ripe bananas before they become too soft. Like earlier, our snack was caramelized bananas. It is easy to make. Just fry the ripe bananas in oil and as they turn golden brown drop the brown sugar to let it melt in oil and coat the bananas with the caramel. Then that is it! You now have a sweet snack and this could also be a dessert after your meals.
